How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI-powered features like the AI Teacher and Speaking Buddy. Each message costs a small number of credits based on the AI model used. You receive 20 free credits when you sign up, and can purchase more in the Credit Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Klug → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all your learning progress, notes, credits, and account data from both your device and our servers.

Does the app work offline?

Lessons, vocabulary review, and notes work offline. AI-powered features (Teacher chat, Speaking Buddy) require an internet connection.

How do I report a bug?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Report an Issue. This sends us diagnostic information to help fix the problem quickly. You can also email us directly.
